摘要
电梯层门门锁装置的好坏直接关系乘客的人身安全。顶针式副门锁存在触点弹片变形、触点硫化从而导致顶针与触点之间电阻发生变化的问题;上钩式层门门锁在打开和闭合的过程中,其锁紧和啮合元件存在相互摩擦的现象,经过较长时间的磨损,其锁紧效能下降甚至严重不足,此外部分上钩式门锁还存在锁钩尺寸不够的问题。为规避上述问题,本文探讨了问题成因,并将新旧顶针式副门锁和不同类型的层门主门锁进行了对比分析,最终提出了上钩式层门主门锁锁紧效能的检测方案和上钩式层门门锁、顶针式副门锁的改进方案。
The quality of elevator landing door lock device is directly related to the personal safety of passengers.However,the deformation of contact spring and contact vulcanization of the ejector pin secondary door lock result in changes in resistance between the ejector pin and the contact point;During the opening and closing process of the hook type landing door lock,there is friction between the locking and meshing components.After a long period of wear and tear,its locking efficiency decreases or even becomes seriously insufficient.In addition,some hook type door locks also have the problem of insufficient hook size.To avoid the above issues,this article explores the causes of the problem and compares and analyzes different types of landing door main locks and new and old pin type secondary locks.Finally,a detection scheme for the locking efficiency of the hook type landing door main lock and an improvement scheme for the hook type landing door lock and pin type secondary lock are proposed.
