摘要 目的探讨大泡吸收管气密性对空气中氨检测结果准确度的影响。方法在30 m^3密闭舱内发生一定浓度的氨气,采用工作场所国标(GBZ 160.29)的方法,选择配套和不配套管的大泡吸收管采样,比较2种大泡吸收管的采样效率和结果准确度;同时采用公共场所空气中氨气国标(GB/T 18204.25)的测定方法对同一空气中的氨气进行测定,并分析结果的一致性。结果配套管检测结果(1.57 mg/m^3)大于不配套管的检测结果(1.37 mg/m^3),配套管检测结果相对标准偏差(3.17%)小于不配套管检测结果相对标准偏差(15.2%),且配套管的采样效率大于不配套管的采样效率;配套大泡吸收管3种检测方法比对试验,结果一致性较好,相对标准偏为2.1%。结论大泡吸收管气密性对空气中氨检测结果准确度的影响至关重要。 [Objective]To investigate the effect of air tightness of large bubble absorption tube on accuracy of determination results of ammonia in air.[Methods]A certain concentration of ammonia was prepared in the 30 m^3 airtight cabin,the matching and unmatching large bubble absorption tube were used in sampling according to the method of GBZ 160.29,to compare the sampling efficiency and result accuracy of two large bubble absorption tubes. The concentration of ammonia in the same air was detected according to the method of the Determination of ammonia in air of public places(GB/T 18204.25),to analyze the consistency of the results.[Results]The result of matching tube(1.57 mg/m^3)was larger than that of unmatching tube(1.37 mg/m^3),the relative standard deviation of matching tube(3.17%) was lower than that of unmatching tube(15.2%),and the sampling efficiency of matching tube was better than that of unmatching tube. The comparison experiment with matching large bubble absorption tube showed that the results of three methods had good consistency and the relative standard deviation was 2.1%.[Conclusion]Air tightness of large bubble absorption tube is very important for the accuracy of determination results of ammonia in air.
