摘要
为实现环境中NH3污染物的快速、灵敏的检测,以卟啉及其衍生物和酸碱指示剂为敏感材料构建了一种6×6的可视传感阵列。用设计的可视传感阵列对4种不同体积分数NH3进行了检测,反应时间为2 min。实验结果显示:阵列对NH3的响应时间小于30 s,可以有效识别×10-9体积分数的NH3;对于不同体积分数的气体,其可视差图欧氏距离与体积分数存在线性关系,相关系数R2=0.996 2;SPSS聚类分析结果表明:阵列对4种不同体积分数NH3识别准确率达100%。本可视传感阵列可以快速、灵敏地检测NH3。
To realize fast and sensitive detection of NH3 in the environment, a cross-responsive 6 × 6 visual sensor array is developed using porphyrin, prophyrin derivatives, and pH indicators that are sensitive to NH3. Using the visual sensor arrays ,4 different volume fraction of NHa are detected, the response time is less than 30 s, and 10-9 volume fraction of NH3 can be effectively identified. The digital data library are analyzed with statistical methods, which suggests that linear relationship exists between the euclidean distance and volume fraction. The correlation coefficient R2 = 0. 996 2. SPSS clustering analysis result shows that the accuracy of identification on different volume fraction is 100 %. NH3 can be lastly and sensitively detected using the visual sensor arrays.
