摘要
应用显色剂与氨在一定条件下反应生成一种蓝绿色化合物的原理 ,研制出一种简单、快速测定氨气含量的试剂盒。对不同实验条件进行比较 ,筛选出了最佳实验条件。采样体积 0 .1L ,检测管外径3 .2~ 3 .3 mm ,内径 1.8mm,吸附载体为 80~ 10 0目活化 Si O2 /Sn O2复合材料与吸附剂、催化剂、显色剂的混合物 ,采气速度为 0 .0 1L/min,采样时间 10 min,显色时间 5 min。实验结果表明 ,检测试剂盒显色强度与氨气浓度呈线性关系 ,最低检测浓度为 0 .1mg/m3,重现性较好。与国标对照实验中 ,6次测定结果的平均相对误差为 6.2 3 % ,小于 15 % ;一次测定最大相对误差 7.4% ,小于 2 5 % ;重复测定的相对标准偏差为 5 %~ 8% ;样品中加入 2 μg的氨 ,其回收率为 95 %~110 % ,符合 GB 75 3 0 -87要求。一定量的有机胺、甲醛、H2 S会产生干扰。试剂盒使用寿命在 8个月以上。
The present paper introduces the authors' development of a quick testing color reagent box for the indoor air pollution determination due to existence of ammonia. The device can be used to produce a reaction to ammonia content in the presence of alkali to produce blue colors compound, which helps to determine quickly and simply a kind of specific air. In this paper, through the comparison among the different experiment conditions, the authors worked out the best set of determining the sampling conditions, that is, the sampling size is 0.1 L; the internal diameter of glass tube is 1.8 mm; while the outside is 3.23.3 mm, the absorbent carrier is admixture of active SiO_2/SnO_2 compound material gel 80100 mesh angtartarus, sorbent, activator and color reagent. The sampling speed is 0.01 L/min with sampling time being 10 min, and the indicating time being 5 min. The results indicate the color intensity of the reagent-box has linear interrelation with the concentration of ammonia.
