摘要
杨德广教授是我国著名高教专家,成功的大学校长,也是一位行动研究典范。在长期的工作实践中,他将研究与行动融为一体,在行动中大胆探索,在理论上大胆创新,理论和实践有机结合。在任上海师大校长期间,他从爱护人才到教学改革,再到实施"充实教育",特别是他敢冒风险、开拓市场的事例,都贯穿着浓郁的行动研究风格。他善于反思,严于律己,对自己约法十章,树立了一个廉洁自律典范。在他任内,上海师大面貌焕然一新,证明了他是一位魅力四射的开拓型大学校长,也确立了他作为高教行动研究的典范地位。
Professor Yang Deguang, a famous expert on higher education, successful University President, is also an action research model. In his long-term of practice, he integrates the research and action together, and acts boldly in theo- retical innovation as well as combines theory and practice. During the period served as President of Shanghai Normal Uni- versity, he has paid much attention to special talent, teaching reform, student enrichment plan, etc. In particular he dare to take risks, and explore the market, all these are permeated with rich style of action research. He is good at self-exami- nation, strict with himself, and make a ten-point law, which give us a model of honest and self-discipline. During his tenure, Shanghai Normal University looks brand new, this proved his charm as a pioneering University President, and es- tablished his status as a model of higher education action research.
