完善国家治理,实现国家治理现代化,除需要社会各种力量共同努力外,还需要在制度方面提供支持。作为一种完善国家治理、推动国家治理现代化的重要制度,考试对推进政治、经济、文化、教育、科技等发展都会产生直接或间接的深刻影响。当今社会是一个考试的社会。在考试社会中,国家治理需要考试,考试促进国家治理,考试在促进国家治理民主化、法制化、文明化、科学化等方面具有重要的支撑作用。
As a very important institutional arrangement, examinations have had the influence one way or the other on the politics, economy, culture, education and technology of our country. We have entered an era, in which examinations play a critical role in promoting the democratization, legalization, civilization and scientifieity in the society.
