摘要
目的探讨分析中医辨证治疗对于糖尿病肾病肾功能不全的临床应用疗效,指导临床选择最佳的治疗方法。方法随机选取我院自2014年5月—2015年10月之间接收诊治的159例糖尿病肾病肾功能不全患者作为研究对象,将159例患者进行临床治疗疗效对比。被选中的所有研究对象随机分为治疗组与对照组两组,治疗组91例病患,对照组68例病患。对于治疗组的91例糖尿病肾病肾功能不全患者,采用中医辨证综合西医治疗,而对于对照组的68例患者,给予西医治疗。与此同时,观察记录所有作为研究对象的患者在治疗期间的临床疗效。结果根据临床治疗所得到的数据分析可知,对照组中使用西医治疗的总有效率为67.65%,而采用中医辨证综合西医治疗的治疗组的总有效率为95.6%。显然,治疗组的临床疗效相较于对照组的治疗效果,更为显著,两组临床疗效对比具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。讨论中医辨证论治对于糖尿病肾病肾功能不全的临床疗效是显著的,值得在临床治疗中加以推广。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with renal insufficiency, and to guide the clinical choice of the best treatment method. Methods We chose 159 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy with renal insufficiency in our hospital from May 2014 to October 2015. They were randomly divided in-to two groups, with 68 cases in control group and 91 cases in observation group. The control group was given Western medicine. The ob-servation group was given additionally therapy of traditional Chinese medicine. The clinical effective was compared. Results The total effective rate of the control group and the observation group was 67.65% and 95.6%, respectively（P0.05）, and there were significant difference. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with renal insuffi-ciency has good clinical effective, and is worthy of clinical application.
