摘要
本试验旨在研究中草药添加剂对育肥猪血清中免疫球蛋白、补体及甲状腺素浓度的影响。试验选用100头日龄一致,体重大约在50 kg的生长育肥猪,随机分为对照组、0.5%试验组、1.0%试验组、1.5%试验组,每组25头猪,每组设5个重复,每个重复5头猪。结果表明:添加0.5%、1.0%、1.5%中草药添加剂的试验组与对照组相比,血清中IgA的浓度、IgG的浓度、IgM的浓度均高于对照组;补体C3的含量、C4的含量、甲状腺素FT3、FT4的含量也都高于对照组。在饲料中添加中草药添加剂显著提高了育肥猪血清中免疫球蛋白、补体及甲状腺素的浓度,增强了育肥猪的免疫力。
The propose of this experiment is to find out the influence of Chinese herbal medicine additives on the concentration of immune globulin, addiment and thyroxine of the growing and fattening pigs＇ blood serum.Test is 100 days of age, the growth of body weight at about 50 kg pig, randomly divided into 4 groups, each group of pigs, 25 each group have 5 repeat, repeat each 5 pigs.
