摘要
体育产业是我国的朝阳产业,也是需要重点发展的产业。而产业的发展必然离不开人才,因此,我国体育院校的人才培养在我国体育产业发展中将扮演重要角色。研究发现:目前,我国体育产业中的体育组织管理活动、体育健身休闲活动、体育培训活动与发达国家有很大差距;我国体育院校人才培养的主体是体育教师、教练员,开设的与体育产业相关的专业很少,各个专业招生人数少,很有可能无法满足将来体育产业发展的需要;在体育产业化的大背景下,各个体育院校应紧盯体育市场的需求,逐步开设、增加与体育产业有关的专业,并逐步增加招生人数。
Sports industry is a sunrise industry of our country,and its development should be focused on.And the development of the industry needs talents.Therefore,sports colleges and universities personnel training will play an important role in the sports industry development in our country.The research finds that at present,there is a great gap between our country and developed countries in sports organization management,fitness and leisure activities,physical training activities.The main body of our country sports colleges and universities personnel training is sports teacher and coach,very few majors related to sports industry is to open,and every major enroll few students,which is not able to meet the needs of the development of sports industry in the future;In the circumstance of sports industrialization,sports colleges and universities should focus on sports market demand,gradually open and increase some majors related to sports industry,and increase enrollment of students.
