摘要
本文通过对福建省体育产业发展现状的分析,就福建省体育产业经营管理人才的需求状况进行研究,并以高职体育服务与管理专业为例,提出培养该类人才的对策与建议。
This paper first analyzes the development of the sports industry and the status in Fujian province. Sec- ond, it carries out research on the needs of management personnel in the sports industry in Fujian. Third, it takes sports services and management specialty of Higher Vocational College as example, and put forward some measures and recommendations in developing the talents.
