摘要
校训是学校文化的重要组成部分,集中体现了一所学校的文化传统、历史积淀、价值追求和办学特色,是学校育人理念的凝结和升华。校训最能体现一所学校的办学理念,它作为学校文化的重要组成部分,体现着学校的整体价值取向。通过对北京市154所小学校训进行归纳,分析其句式、用词现状,重点根据主题关键词和内涵文本归类为道德养成型、求知育智型、呵护健康型、文化育美型、信念愿景型五类,从而探讨其导向指引、激励促进、情感陶冶、价值塑造等独特的育人功能。
School Motto is an important part of school culture, a concentrated reflection of a school's traditional culture, historical accumulation, pursuit of values and school-running characteristics, and also the condensation and sublimation of the school's educational philosophy. School Motto can best embody the concept of running a school. As an important part of school culture, it also embodies the school's overall value orientation. Therefore, this paper, by summarizing school mottos of 154 primary schools in Beijing and analyzing their sentences and words status, classified the school mottos into five categories of moral cultivation type, knowledge inquiry and imparting type, health caring type,culture and beauty education type, and faith and vision type according to the school mottos' keywords and text content, so as to explore their unique educational functions of guiding and directing, motivating and promoting, emotion cultivating and value shaping.
