摘要
LNG重卡指的是以LNG为发动机燃料的重型卡车。LNG进入到发动机燃烧前,需将LNG汽化为气体形式,对汽化过程中的LNG冷能进行利用,不仅有利于环保,还能为整车带来节能。文中采用分离式热管技术将LNG重卡冷能利用为汽车空调制冷使用,并进行了试验研究,研究表明,采用分离式热管技术把LNG重卡冷能利用为汽车空调制冷使用不仅是可行的,而且是能够满足性能要求的。在名义工况干球温度为35℃,湿球温度为24℃下,风机风量为482m^3/h,LNG耗气量为10.0 kg/h时,制冷量达到4.0 kW。
LNG heavy truck refers to LNG-fueled truck.LNG is subject to turn to natural gas before entering to the engine for combustion.LNG cold energy is utilized during the gasification process,which is not only beneficial to environmental protecting also bring energy saving for the vehicle.In this paper,the experimental researches are done that taking the cold energy of LNG heavy trucks for automobile air-conditioner using the separated type heat pipe technology.Studies have shown that the separated type heat pipe system can meet the requirements of automotive air-conditioning performance.The refrigerating capacity is 4.0 kW when the dry bulb temperature is 35 ℃,wet bulb temperature is24 ℃,the fan air volume of 482 m^3/h and LNG gas consumption is 10.5 kg/h.
