摘要
利用季铵盐阳离子表活剂、氟碳FC-100、OP-10、短链醇、助溶剂等复配制备了SYZP-A、B、C、D助排剂。运用吊环法测定了SYZP-A、B、C、D助排剂的表面张力,同时测定了助排剂的溶解性、热稳定性、乳化性、配伍性、耐盐、排出效率等性能。实验结果表明,SYZP-A、B、C、D助排剂具有较强的表面活性,达到临界胶束浓度时,表面张力分别为26.7m N·m^(-1)、25.9m N·m^(-1)、25m N·m^(-1)、25.1m N·m^(-1)。SYZP型助排剂呈现无色透明状,有良好的水溶和酸溶性能,与酸液具有良好的配伍性,在酸性或碱性环境下,依然保持较高的表面活性。经150℃加热后,SYZP-A、B、C、D型助排剂表面张力较加热前变化不大;同时,SYZP-A、B、C、D助排剂表现出良好的耐盐能力和排出效率,助排效率达到80%以上,适用于高盐地层酸化作业残酸的返排。
The cleanup additives of SYZP-A, B, C, D were prepared using quaternary ammonium surfactant, FC-100, OP-10, short chain alcohols, cosolvent as materials. The surface tension of cleanup additives was determined with tensiometer which had bail law. Simultaneously, solubility, thermal stability, emulsification, compatibility, salt tolerance, exhaust efficiency and other properties of the cleanup additive were determined in the experiment. The experimental results showed that the surface tension were 26.7mN/m, 25.9mN/m, 25mN/m, 25.1mN/m with its CMC. The cleanup additives were colorless and transparent. The performance of water-soluble and acid-soluble were excelent, they had good compatibility with acid. Under acidic or alkaline conditions, they still remained excellent surface activity. The cleanup additives of SYZP-A, B, C, D had little change after 150℃ heated. Simultaneously, the cleanup additives had excellent ability of salt tolerance, and the rate of cleanup jump over 80%, they were applicable for flowback of residual acid in stratum with higher salt.
