摘要 针对塔河油田油藏埋藏深、厚度大、地温高、低渗透、非均质性强等特征,以不同浓度的盐酸进行酸化实验,实验表明,20%盐酸酸化效果最好。通过实验筛选2%HD-1为缓蚀剂,2.0%H-1为粘土防膨剂,0.4%BM-5为防乳降粘剂,0.5% CF25B为助排添加剂。确定的酸液配方酸液清澈透明,表面张力小,对铁的腐蚀速度低,防膨效果明显,与原油不乳化,结合液氮气举助排工艺,现场试验取得了理想的酸化效果。 Considering the characteristics of deep buried depth, high temperature, low permeability, strong heterogeneity, different concentrations of HCL were used to conduct the indoor experiment. It showed that 20% of HCL performed the best. Results also showed that 2% of HD-1 functioned as corrosion inhibitor, 2.0% of H-1 as clay stabilizer, 4% of BM-5 as emulsion preventative surfactant, and 0.5% CF25B as cleanup additive .The determined acid fluid formula had better properties, such as low surface tension and corrosion rates, good anti-clayswelling. In oilfield treatment, ideal acidizing effect have been made by combining artificial lift technology with liquid N2.
