摘要
目的:研究ICU护士核心能力的培训方法与效果评价。方法:选择我院60名ICU新护士作为研究对象,在实施核心能力培训前,以理论与技术考核的方法,评估核心能力,依个体差异制定培训计划,评价应用核心能力培训前后,ICU新护士核心能力评分情况及临床护理不良事件发生率。结果:经过培训,ICU新护士核心能力评分明显优于培训前,护理不良事件发生率低,培训前后差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ICU新护士实施有针对性的能力培训可提高核心能力,保证临床护理质量,且适应ICU环境更快,有利于护士专业性提高与快速成长。
Objective: To evaluate the methods and effect of training on the core competence of ICU nurses.Methods:in our hospital 60 ICU new nurses as the research object,before the implementation of the core ability training,theory and technology assessment method,evaluation core ability,according to individual differences develop training plan,evaluation and application of the core ability before and after the training,ICU new nurses' core ability to score and clinical nursing adverse events incidence.Results:After training,the core competence of the new nurses in ICU was significantly better than before the training,the incidence of adverse events was low,the training before and after the difference was significant,with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:ICU new nurses in the implementation of targeted training can improve the ability of the core,to ensure the quality of clinical care,and to adapt to the ICU environment faster,is conducive to the professional improvement of nurses and rapid growth.
