摘要
随着"十三五"规划的确定,全面放开二孩的生育政策正式出炉,标志着我国又一次实行了宽松的生育政策。和新中国成立时相比,现阶段我国经济社会环境早已发生了变化。从劳动参与率可以看出,女性的社会地位有了很大的提高。女性的职业发展由于在家庭中承担的母亲角色,而处于断断续续的状态,从家庭社会组织三方面考虑,为缓解女性的家庭角色与职业发展的冲突提出切实可行的保障措施。
With the determination of the thirteenth Five-year Plan,the full liberalization of the two-child policy is officially released,which means that our country implements a new birth policy. Nowadays China has witnessed great economic and social changes. From the labor force participation rate,one can see that women's social status has been greatly improved. However,because of their role as a mother,the development of women's career is in the intermittent state. This article tries to put forward feasible measures to alleviate the conflict between women's family role and career development from the perspectives of family,society and organization.
