摘要
劳动关系应用型人才的雇佣需求以企业类雇主为主,其培养定位应以面向企业类雇主为主要发展方向。以企业对劳动关系初中高级岗位的职责要求和任职资格条件为线索,不同层级劳动关系岗在职能的侧重点、具体职业能力层次要求以及相应的学科知识结构上有所不同。面向企业类雇主的劳动关系应用型人才职业能力培养应以此为据,建构劳动关系专业的课程结构和培养方式。
The employment demand of labor relations applied talents mainly focuses on enterprises employers so that personnel training orientation should take enterprises employers as principal direction. At aspects of enterprises’responsibility requirements and qualifications of junior, middle and senior position in labor relations, there are some differences in emphasis on the functions of various-ranking position, specific requirements of vocational capacity in various levels and relevant knowledge structure. Vocational capacity training of labor relations applied talents should take those into consideration to build professional knowledge structure and training methods of labor relations.
