摘要
模拟集体谈判大赛是一项应用统计学、经济学、管理沟通、财务管理、人力资源管理、劳动法等多学科专业知识参与的综合性技术、技能型比赛。这项赛事的引入对促进各高校劳动经济学科课程与教学改革产生了深远影响,同时促进了劳动关系相关专业的人才培养模式改革。
Simulating Collective Negotiating Contest is an application of statistics, economics, manage ment, financial management, human resource management, labor law and other multi--disciplinary profes- sional knowledge and skills--oriented competition of comprehensive technology. Introduction of this contest has far--reaching influence on the reform of labor economics curriculum and teaching, and promotes the re- form of talent cultivation model of Labor Relations major and its related majors.
