近年来,我国科技型中小企业发展迅速,但与发达国家相比,依然存在许多问题,发展相对滞后。制约我国科技型中小企业发展的关键问题是资金匮乏,破解融资难问题是解决科技型中小企业诸多问题中的重中之重。新三板市场可以为科技型中小企业发展提供良好的融资渠道,不仅能有效解决科技型中小企业融资难问题,还能改善治理结构,促进企业规范化运营,推动科技型中小业不断成长壮大并实现可持续性发展。
In recent years,small and mid- sized enterprise in our country has developed rapidly, but compared with developed countries, there are still many problems, its development is relative lag. The key problem of restricting the development of science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises in our country is lack of funds, so crack the financing difficulty problem is the top priority in solving many problems of small and mid-sized enterprise.Three board market could for provide good financing channels for the development of science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises.
