摘要
培养卓越中学语文教师具有时代紧迫性和必要性。必须重视高师院校中文专业人才培养的专业性特征,从人文性、知识结构、核心能力、教学方法等方面提升人才培养的针对性,通过改革人才培养模式,加强与中学教育的协同创新。政府应提供强有力的政策支持等措施保证卓越中学语文教师培养目标的实现。
It is urgent and necessary to train excellent middle school Chinese teachers. In order to achieve the training objectives,normal colleges must focus their training on the professional characteristics of personnel training in Chinese normal universities. On the one hand,the training should target to enhance personnel training in terms of humanism,knowledge structure,core competences and teaching methods. On the other hand,a series of measures such as reforming the training model together with strengthening collaborative innovation with secondary education and the powerful policy support from government are required to ensure the training objectives of the outstanding middle school language teachers.
