信息化时代的到来,数字档案愈多。数字档案的长期保存涉及多个方面,每个环节的疏漏都会影响到数字档案的长期保存。本文对数字档案长期保存的各个环节梳理,对流程管理中存在的管理风险进行分析,探讨风险成因,以全程管理的思路来对数字档案长期保存中的管理风险提出解决对策,促进档案事业的健康发展。
In an Information Age, there has been an increase in digital archives. Long-term preservation of digital archives involves many aspects, and omission in any link will affect it. Now we comb each link, analyze management risk in process management, explore the causes of the risks and find final solutions to promote the development of archival undertaking.
