摘要
规划并建设了智能软件与先进设备相结合的GE智能自动化实验平台,由程序自动控制(PAC)实训系统、机电与矿用设备控制实验系统、多轴运动与过程控制实验系统等构成。初步规划了基于该平台的应用技术型人才培养方式和创新性实验、改革实践教学方法,完成了规划既定的建设内容。实践表明,该实验平台为人才培养和实验、实践训练提供了良好的操作环境,加快了校企合作项目的建设速度,成果显著,该实验平台的建设及其实践应用具有普遍的示范性和推广性。
In this article,a GE intelligent automation experiment platform which mainly includes program automatic control( PAC) training system,electrical and mechanical equipment control experiment system as well as multi-axis motion and process control experiment system is proposed. The platform combines intelligence software and advanced equipment. Based on the experiment platform,the methods of cultivating applied talents,innovative experiments and the reform thoughts on practical teaching have been put forward. The practice has shown that this experiment platform provides great opportunities for talent cultivation as well as experiment and practice training,and effectively promotes a large number of university-enterprise cooperation projects. The proposed construction scheme has powerful generalization and high practical value.
