摘要
目的:通过研究,探讨季节性结膜炎的有效治疗方法。方法:采用问卷调查,结合常规的学生沙眼普查工作,筛查出阳性患儿136例,分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组60例,对照组76例。观察组采用口服中药"驱风一字散"和0.1%奥洛他啶眼液滴眼联合治疗,对照组采用0.1%奥洛他啶眼液滴眼滴眼。根据观察患者的眼部症状及体征变化进行评分,主观症状(表):眼痒、刺激症状、畏光、黏液样分泌物、等;主要体征:结膜不同程度水肿、充血及分泌物状况。分别记录用药后3 d、1周、2周,各1次,疗程结束后判定疗效。结果:治疗1周,观察组与对照组相比,眼部症状和总评分较低,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2周后,观察组与对照组相比,眼部症状、体征。总评分较低,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于儿童季节性结膜炎,"驱风一字散"联合0.1%奥洛他定滴眼液治疗与单纯使用0.1%奥洛他定滴眼液相比,能更好的改善眼部症状、体征,并且疗效更佳。
Objective： To discuss an effective treatment of seasonal conjunctivitis. Methods： Using the questionnaire survey,this study carried out the students＇ census work. The positive children（ 136 cases） were divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in observation group and 76 cases in control group. The observation group were treated with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine Qufeng Yizi Powder and 0. 1% Olopatadine while the students in control group treated with 0. 1% Olopatadine. According to the students＇ subjective symptoms（ table） ： itchy eyes,eye foreign body sensation,photophobia,lacrimation; slit lamp examination signs of change（ table） ： conjunctival hyperemia,edema,and the secretions. The symptoms and signs of eye were observed at 3 days,1 and 2 weeks after treatment and the score was recorded and the efficacy was determined after the treatment. Results： After 2 weeks,a total of 112 patients were treated（ observation group 64 cases,control group 48 cases）. The observation indexes of the two groups before treatment were compared.The results showed that the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant. One week after the treatment,the observation group＇s ocular symptoms and total score were lower and there was no significant difference between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. After 2 weeks treatment,comparing ocular symptoms and signs,the total score of the observation group was lower and the difference between the two dates was distinct（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： For children with seasonal conjunctivitis,comparing with 0. 1% Olopatadine,the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can better improve the ocular symptoms and signs and get more curative effect.
