摘要
目的:观察复方三芪丹胶囊对糖尿病大鼠糖代谢的作用及其作用机制。方法:通过链脲佐菌素制备大鼠高血糖模型,测定给药后糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖(FBG)、糖耐量、血清胰岛素(FINS)、肝糖原含量及SOD、MDA、TNF-a水平,评价复方三芪丹胶囊的效果。结果:复方三芪丹胶囊明显降低糖尿病模型大鼠FBG,改善模型大鼠糖耐量,升高FINS及肝糖原含量,提高SOD活性,降低MDA、TNF-a水平。结论:复方三芪丹胶囊通过调整糖代谢降低糖尿病大鼠血糖水平。
Objective: To study the therapeutic effects of Sanqidan Capsules and its mechanism of action on type 2 diabetic rats. Methods: Diabetic rats were induced by injecting streptozotocin. FBG,glucose tolerance,FINS,SOD,MDA and TNF-α and liver glycogen store were measured after taking Sanqidan Capsules 4 weeks and the hypoglycemic effect of Sanqidan Capsules was evaluated. Results: Sanqidan Capsules significantly reduced FBG and glucose tolerance,elevated liver glycogen store and FINS,increased SOD activity and lowered MDA and TNF-α levels. Conclusion: Sanqidan Capsules lower the blood sugar levels in diabetic rats by adjusting the glucose metabolism.
