摘要
碳化硅陶瓷纤维作为一种结构材料,在高技术领域有着广泛的应用前景。近年来,随着对碳化硅纤维综合性能要求的提高,在提升碳化硅纤维现有性能的同时,实现碳化硅纤维的功能化已成为一大研究热点。本文从引入异质元素、改变截面形状和表面改性三方面综述了近年来功能化碳化硅纤维的研究进展,最后展望了功能化碳化硅纤维的发展趋势。
As a structural material,silicon carbide fibers have been widely used in high technology fields.Recently,with the demanding of special performance,functional silicon carbide fibers have been becoming a research hotspot.In this paper,the research progress of functional silicon carbide fibers is reviewed by three aspects,introducing heterogeneity-element,changing cross section shape and surface modification,respectively.At last,the development tendency of the functional silicon carbide fibers is proposed.
