摘要
该文以辽宁省抚顺市生态公益林为研究对象,参照《森林生态系统服务功能评估规范》(LY/T 1721-2008)等相关林业行业标准,应用分布式测算理论,对辽宁省抚顺地区公益林的生态效益进行评估。结果显示,抚顺地区公益林生态效益总价值量为176.76亿元,涵养水源、固碳制氧与保护生物多样性是抚顺地区公益林生态效益价值的贡献主体,是该地区的主导生态功能。本研究结果将为进一步探索生态公益林科学经营、生态补偿以及生态公益林发展计划与政策的制定提供科学有效依据。
In this study,according to specifications for assessment of forest ecosystem services in China（LY/T 1721-2008）,distributed calculation method was applied to evaluate the ecological benefit of public welfare forest in Fushun City,Liaoning Province. Results indicated that,total value of ecological benefit was 17.676 billion.Water storage,C fixation and O2 releasing and biodiversity conservation were the main ecological contributions the leading ecological functions of public welfare forest in Fushun City.These results would supply scientific proofs for further exploring scientific management and eco-compensation of ecological public welfare forest and provid basis for making plans and policies for development of ecological public welfare forest.
