摘要
罗国杰是当代中国马克思主义伦理学的奠基人和开拓者,德治是其思想体系的重要组成部分。这一思想的形成具有丰厚的实践基础和理论资源;对道德理想人格和学术素养的孜孜追求,以及第三代领导集体的德法合治方略也为罗国杰德治思想的发展和完善提供了重要条件。这一思想澄清了德治、法治与人治问题上的误区,强调了德治主体与重点群体,厘清了以德治国与民主政治的关系,挖掘了德治的理论意义与现实价值。罗国杰的德治思想具有重要的时代价值,它为实施德法合治方略给予理论支撑,为中国特色社会主义治国理政的思维方式和执政创新提供了参考,为改进党风政风提供了新的思路,为实现中国梦提供了注重软实力建设的启迪。
Luo Guo-jie is the pioneer and founder of contemporary Chinese Marxist ethics and ethical governance is an important part of his ideological system.This thought originates rich practical basis and theoretical resources;diligent pursuit of ideal moral personality and academic accomplishment;and the important conditions of the collective statecraft of law and morality provided by the third generation of leadership.These promote Luo Guo-jie＇s thought of virtue development and perfection.This idea clarifies the misunderstanding of rule of virtue,rule by law and rule by men;stresses the moral subject and focus groups;clarifies the relationship between rule of virtue and political democracy;excavates the theoretical significance and practical value of virtue.And Luo Guo-jie＇s thought of ethical governance has the important value of the times.It provides theoretical support for statecraft of law and morality;offers references of Govern mode of thinking and ruling innovation of socialism with Chinese characteristics;supplies a new idea for improving the morality of the party and government;enlightens us to attach importance to the construction of soft power to achieve the dream of China.
