摘要
作为治国方略的德治和法治思想在我国和西方都有长久的历史,二者的关系在相互斗争、相互融合中逐步走向成熟。目前,我国在实行市场经济体制的过程中,出现了诸多矛盾和问题,如何处理好德治和法治的关系,更好地发展社会主义,是我国面临的重大问题。回顾"德法合治"在历史上对治理国家的重要贡献,审视当今社会,"德法合治"在治国过程中更具有现实意义。
As the principles of nation governance, the ideas of rule by law and rule of virtue have had a long history in bothChina and the West. These two ideas have undergone conflicts and integration and gradually a mature relation grows between them. At present, contradictions and problems have arisen in our market economic system. Thus it is an urgent and significant task to deal with the relation between rule of virtue and rule by law, so as to better develop socialism. Given its important contributions to nation governance in history, ＂unity of rule by law and rule of virtue＂ indeed has great realistic significance at present.
