摘要
目的了解北京市顺义区中小学生体重指数(BMI)的分布特征及相关影响因素。方法根据《国家学生体质健康标准》开展的全市统一体质调研,采用数据库中的900名顺义区中小学生数据,重点研究学生BMI值分布情况及影响因素,并进行多分类变量的Logistic回归分析。结果 900名9-17岁的中小学生,BMI均值19.95±3.83,最低值11.95,最高值36.66,卡方检验差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);据《标准》分类,BMI值的分布:消瘦占7.44%,正常占66.33%,超重占15.00%,肥胖占11.23%。经多分类变量Logistic回归分析,男性(OR=3.157,95%CI=1.967-5.069)为发生肥胖的危险因素,喜欢体育课(OR=0.288,95%CI=0.151-0.549)、上体育劳累程度为"不出汗、很轻松"(OR=0.205,95%CI=0.053-0.794)和"出汗、有点累"(OR=0.469,95%CI=0.231-0.951)为控制肥胖的保护因素。结论性别、体育课参与度及运动主观感觉为影响BMI值的主要因素,应加强相应的防控措施保证学生正常体重。
Objective To understand the distribution characteristics and related influencing factors of body mass index( BMI) in Shunyi district among primary and middle school students. Methods A unified physical investigation was carried out in Beijing city according to the National Student Physical Health Standard. The data of 900 students were used in the database of primary and middle school students in Shunyi District. The students BMI distribution and the key influencing factors were studied. Logistic regression analysis of multiple classification variables was carried out in this study. Results 900 primary and middle school students of 9- 17 years were included in the study. The mean BMI was 19. 95 ± 3. 83,the lowest value was11. 95,the highest value was 36. 66. There were statistical difference( P〈0. 05). According to the standard,weight loss accounted for 7. 44%; normal accounting for 66. 33%; overweight and obesity accounted for 15% and 11. 23%,respectively.The results of logistic regression analysis of categorical variables showed that men( OR = 3. 157,95% CI = 1. 967- 5. 069) were risk factors of obesity. There were some protective factors for obesity control such as liking physical education( OR = 0. 288,95%CI = 0. 151- 0. 549),the degree of fatigue were no sweating feeling better( OR = 0. 205,95% CI = 0. 053- 0. 794) and sweating,tired( OR = 0. 469,95% CI = 0. 231- 0. 951). Conclusion The main factors affecting BMI value were gender,participation in physical education and sports subjective feeling. We should strengthen the corresponding prevention and control measures to ensure their normal weight.
