薇甘菊次生物质对椰心叶甲的忌避活性 被引量:5

摘要 采用室内生物测定方法研究了薇甘菊(Mikania micrantha Kunth)次生物质对椰心叶甲(Brontispa longissima Gestro)产卵选择行为的影响。结果表明,各溶剂提取物均对椰心叶甲表现出驱避作用,在处理后72、96 h,浸渍各提取物后叶片的成虫着落量均显著低于对照组,且三氯甲烷提取物和石油醚提取物的驱避效果最佳,处理后96 h的驱避率分别为62.22%和66.22%;产卵忌避试验结果表明,甲醇提取物、三氯甲烷提取物和石油醚提取物处理后96、144 h,椰心叶甲的产卵量与对照相比,均显著下降。 The influence of Mikania micrantha secondary compounds on oviposition choice of Brontispa longissima was studied using bioassay method. The results indicated that all extracts used showed repellent activity on B. longissima adults, and the number of pest stayed in coconut core leaves at extracts treatment were significant less than control, the best repellent effects showed in chloroform extracts treatment and petroleum ether treatment, and the repellent rate at 96 h were 62.22% and66.22%, respectively. The research of oviposition deterrence activity indicated that oviposition amount in extracts of methanol,chroform and petroleum ether significant decrease at 96 h and 144 h compared with control.
