摘要
采用菌丝生长速率法测定了多菌灵、苯甲多菌灵和甲基硫菌灵3种苯并咪唑类杀菌剂对不同抗性水稻纹枯病菌(Rhizoctonia solani)的室内毒力。结果表明,多菌灵的抑菌效果最好,其对敏感菌株的EC50在0.293 1~0.403 5μg/m L之间,对抗性菌株的EC50在0.414 7~0.645 7μg/m L之间;甲基硫菌灵的毒力最低,其对敏感和抗性菌株的EC50分别在12.039 7~26.597 1μg/m L和20.770 1~36.953 3μg/m L之间。
The susceptibilities of Rhizoctonia solani Kohn with different resistance to three styrene acrylic imidazole fungicides were tested by using mycelium growth rate method. The results showed that the inhibition of carbendazim against R. solani was the highest. The EC50 against sensitive strains were 0.293 1~0.403 5 μg / m L, and against resistant strains were 0.414 7 ~0.645 7 μg / m L. The virulence of thiophanate-methyl was the lowest. The EC50 against sensitive and resistant strains were12.039 7~26.597 1 μg / m L and 20.770 1~36.953 3 μg / m L.
