摘要
目的观察小儿厌食颗粒联合新硒宝治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法将78例厌食症患儿随机分为治疗组40例和对照组38例,对照组给予新硒宝口服,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上联合小儿厌食颗粒口服。4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察2组的临床疗效及治疗前后体质量的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组为63.2%,经统计学分析,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。治疗后3,6月,2组体质量均较治疗前明显增加(P<0.05),且治疗组体质量增加幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论小儿厌食颗粒联合新硒宝能有效改善厌食症患儿的食欲状况及增加体质量。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect on infantile anorexia treated with combination of Xiaoer Yanshi Keli and Xinxibao Tablet. Methods 78 cases of infantile anorexia were divided into treatment group（ 40 cases） and control group（ 38 cases）. The control group took Xinxibao Tablet orally. Based on that,the treatment group took Xiaoer Yanshi Keli additionally,4 weeks as one course. The effect was observed after 1 course and change of body weight was given close attention. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 95. 0%and that of control group was 63. 2%,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 01）. Two groups were followed up on 3rdand 6thmonth after treatment. Their body weights increased evidently than before（ P〈0. 05）,meanwhile the weight of treatment group changed more than that of control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The combination of Xiaoer Yanshi Keli and Xinxibao Tablet can effectively improve children＇s appetite and help them gain weight.
