摘要
目的研究分析活血化瘀法治疗缺血性心肌病的临床效果。方法选取2013年2月—2015年2月我院收治缺血性心肌病患者78例,随机分为两组,各39例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组给予活血化瘀法治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后心功能指标均显著优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血尿酸水平显著低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组相比,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论活血化瘀法治疗缺血性心肌病疗效确切,能够有效改善患者心功能,降低血尿酸水平,减少不良反应,值得推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis method in the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy. Methods Selecting 78 cases of patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy from February 2013 to February 2015 in our hospital,they were randomly divided into two groups,each group had 39 cases. The control group received conventional Western treatment.The observation group was given promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis method. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment,the cardiac function of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. The serum uric acid levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. The adverse reaction rates of the observation group and the control group had no significant difference（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis method in the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy has definite effect,can improve heart function,lower blood uric acid levels,reduce adverse reactions,and is worth promoting.
