摘要
目的 分析缺血性心肌病合并心功能不全疾病的特点,评价经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的临床效果。方法 80例缺血性心肌病合并心功能不全患者,依据随机法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上辅助经皮冠状动脉介入治疗。比较两组临床症状发生情况、不良事件发生情况及治疗前后心功能指标变化情况。结果 观察组心绞痛、胸闷、心肌供血不足性休克、心慌发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率为2.50%,低于对照组的15.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,观察组左室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVDd)分别为(38.80±3.30)%、(54.50±3.30)mm,均优于对照组的(35.20±2.50)%、(63.30±3.50)mm,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 经皮冠状动脉介入治疗缺血性心肌病合并心功能不全能够促进患者症状体征改善,预后效果理想。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of ischemic cardiomyopathy with cardiac insufficiency,and evaluate the clinical effect of percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods A total of 80 patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy and cardiac insufficiency diseases were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received percutaneous coronary intervention on the basis of the control group.The occurrence of clinical symptoms and adverse events,and cardiac function indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of angina,chest tightness,myocardial insufficiency shock,palpitation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events 2.50%in the observation group was lower than 15.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVDd)of the observation group were(38.80±3.30)%and(54.50±3.30)mm,respectively,which were better than(35.20±2.50)%and(63.30±3.50)mm of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous coronary intervention can improve the symptoms and signs of patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy and cardiac insufficiency,and the prognosis of the patients is ideal.
