摘要
[目的]研究不同LED光质对小白菜品质的影响,为提高叶菜类的营养品质提供理论支持。[方法]以镝灯为对照,设置4种不同光谱能量分布的LED光质处理,即红光、蓝光、绿光、红蓝组合光(红光∶蓝光=6∶1)处理,观测不同处理下的小白菜生长情况。[结果]红蓝组合光处理下,小白菜鲜重和干重最大,磷、钾含量最高,亚硝酸盐含量最低;粗蛋白含量在蓝光处理下最高。[结论]红蓝组合光是适合小白菜生长的光源,可应用于作物的生产栽培中。
[Objective] To research the effects of different LED lights on the quality and safety of pakchoi,and to provide theoretical support for improving leafy vegetable nutrition and safety. [Method]With seedlings under dysprosium lamp as control,four LED light treatments were designed with different spectral energy distributions,which were red light,blue light,green light,and combination of red and blue light( red light∶ blue light = 6∶ 1). [Result]Under the treatment of combination of red and blue light,the fresh mass,dry mass and the content of phosphorus and potassium were the greatest,whereas the content of nitrite was the lowest. The content of crude protein was the highest under blue light. [Conclusion]The combination of red and blue light is the effective light source for growth of pakchoi,and can be used in the production and cultivation of crops.
