摘要
针对国内某硅钙质低品位磷矿嵌布粒度较粗,粗细粒级两极分化的特点,采用浮选柱与浮选槽联合浮选P2O5品位为17.6%的原矿,得到了精矿品位31.96%,产率和回收率分别达到44.67%和81.07%的分选效果,为浮选柱和浮选槽的联合应用提供了技术参考。
The flotation column and flotation cell combined flowsheet was introduced in light of features of the coarse dissem inated size and polarization of course and fine particle size in a low-grade siliceous and calcareous phosphate ore in China. The concentrate with P2O5 grade of 31.96%, yield rate 44.67% and recovery rate 81. 07% was produced in the flotation of raw ore with P2O5 grade of 17.6% using the comhined flotation column and flotation cell, which can provide a technical reference for combined application of flotation column-flotation cell.
