摘要
目的研究制川乌与瓜蒌不同比例配伍前后生物碱成分变化趋势,验证配伍禁忌"十八反"的科学性,为中药配伍提供试验基础。方法采用高效液相色谱法分析不同比例配伍组合制川乌中生物碱的含量变化。结果制川乌与瓜蒌不同比例配伍前后生物碱含量变化明显,当瓜蒌重量在一定范围内时,单酯型生物碱随瓜蒌比例增大而降低,当瓜蒌增大到一定量时单酯型生物碱含量有升高趋势。双酯型生物碱含量随瓜蒌比例增大而降低。结论制川乌与瓜蒌配伍后苯甲酰类生物碱含量先是随瓜蒌重量增加而降低后当瓜蒌继续增大时含量有增高趋势,乌头类生物碱含量随瓜蒌重量增加而减少,与中药"十八反"内容所述恰好相反,说明瓜蒌和川乌配伍不反,或者即使相反也不是因乌头类生物碱引起的。
Objective To study the changing tendency of alkaloids in Aconiti Cocta Radix combined with Trichosanthes Fructus in different ratios,provide the scientific of incompatibility while elaborate the material basis of compatibility.Methods HPLC was adopted to analyze the content changes of alkaloids in different ratios of compatibility of Aconiti Cocta Radix.Results The change of quantities of chemical composition was obvious before and after compatibility.When Snakegourd Fruit weight was within a certain range,single ester type alkaloid decreased with increment of Snakegourd Fruit ratio;Single ester type alkaloid content had a rising trend when Snakegourd Fruit weight increased to a certain amount.Double ester alkaloid content decreased with the increment of Snakegourd Fruit ratio.Conclusion After the compatibility of Aconiti Cocta Radix combined with Trichosanthes Fructus,benzoyl class alkaloid content first reduced with the increase of Snakegourd Fruit weight and had increasing trend when Snakegourd Fruit weight continued to increase;Aconitum class alkaloid content reduced with the increase of Snakegourd Fruit weight which contradicts the traditional Chinese medicine "Eighteen Incompatible Medicaments"description indicating compatibility of Trichosanthes Fructus and Aconiti Cocta Radix was compatible,or even if it was incompatible,was not caused by aconitum class alkaloid.
