摘要
随着我国高校教师聘任制的实施,教师退出机制也逐渐构建起来,但其运行并不顺畅。在探讨高校教师聘任制度改革中教师退出机制如何构建及其特点的基础上,着重分析了已构建的教师退出机制存在的主要问题,并提出完善高校教师退出机制的几点建议,包括尽快出台符合高校特点的人事管理法规、确定合适的"准入期"制度、健全退出后的保障制度及优化考评制度等。
With the implementation of the university teachers' appointment system in China,the withdrawal mechanism of teachers is gradually built up,but its operation is not smooth. On the basis of how to construct the withdrawal mechanism of university teachers and discuss its characteristics,this paper focuses on the main problems in the withdrawal mechanism of university teachers,and puts forward several suggestions to perfect the withdrawal mechanism of university teachers: introduce personnel management legislation as soon as possible according to the characteristics of the universities; determine the appropriate 'access period 'system; improve the security system and optimize the evaluation system,etc.
