"非升即走"制度下高校青年教师满意度调研与分析

摘要 "非升即走"制度在我国高校施行以来,在社会各界引起了较大的反响,同时也暴露出了一系列问题.文章采用"问卷星"小程序作为分析工具,对我国高校青年教师的满意度开展调研,重点调研其对"非升即走"制度的观点及意见.通过对调研对象数据的总体满意度分析、职业发展状况评价以及"非升即走"人事制度评价进行研究,分析总结了目前我国高校学术生态圈存在的主要问题和阻碍青年教师成长成才的因素,并针对性地给出了改进措施和意见. Since the implementation of the"Either Promoted or Left"system in Chinese universities,it has caused significant reactions in various sectors of society and also exposed a series of problems.The article uses the"Questionnaire Star"mini program as an analysis tool to conduct a survey on the satisfaction of young teachers in Chinese universities,with a focus on their views and opinions on the"Either Promoted or Left"system.By conducting research on the overall satisfaction analysis,career development status evaluation,and personnel system evaluation of the survey object data,the main problems and factors hindering the growth and success of young teachers in the academic ecosystem of Chinese universities were analyzed and summarized,and targeted improvement measures and opinions were provided.
