摘要 目的研究2013年南京市手足口病(HFMD)病例中柯萨奇病毒A6型(CA6)的基因特征。方法从2013年采集的HFMD病例标本中挑选CA6阳性标本,选取VP1区进行扩增,并测定基因序列,对比其他参考序列进行进化分析。结果中国南京市CA6流行株与中国泰州、中国福建、中国上海、中国山西、中国台湾等地区和日本的流行株亲缘关系较近,而与中国山东流行株(JQ364886.1-SD1992)和美国原型株(AF081297)亲缘关系较远。序列比对发现南京市CA6病毒核苷酸序列同源性为92.8%~100.0%,氨基酸同源性为94.7%~100.0%;与CA6原型株和1992年山东流行株JQ364886的核苷酸同源性分别为82.9%和84.3%。结论 CA6型柯萨奇病毒是2013年南京地区手足口病的重要病原。 Objective To study the genetic characteristics of coxsackievirus A6( CA6) of hand,foot and mouth disease( HFMD) in Nanjing in 2013. Methods CA6 positive samples were selected from the HFMD cases collected in 2013. VP1 was selected for amplification,and gene sequences were determined,and the evolution of other reference sequences was analyzed. Results The prevalence of CA6 in Nanjing were closer kinship with the epidemic strains in Fujian,Taizhou,Shanghai,Shanxi,Taiwan,China,Japan and other places. And the relationship between the Shandong epidemic strains( JQ364886. 1-SD1992) and the American prototype( AF081297) was remote. Sequence alignment revealed that the homology of nucleotide sequence of CA6 in Nanjing was among 92. 8%- 100. 0%,and the amino acid homology was among 94. 7%- 100. 0%. The nucleotide homology with CA6 and epidemic strains JQ364886 of 1992 in Shandong were 82. 9% and 84. 3%,respectively. Conclusion CA6 virus was an important aetiological agent of HFMD in 2013 in Nanjing.
