摘要
目的探讨俯卧位低剂量CT乳腺检查中的护理干预方法,以提高CT检查的质量,降低射线对受检者的辐射危害。方法选取2013年8月—2015年12月在唐山市协和医院进行乳腺检查的女性受检者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组由医生实施一般检查指导,观察组由护士进行全程护理干预,统计分析CT图像质量、扫描时间、重复扫描次数、受检者合作度、护理满意度。结果观察组受试者的伪影例数3例、扫描层数(14.91±2.55)层、伪影面积(103.78±3.46)mm^2,显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组受试者扫描时间(151±43)s、受检者合作度(100.0%)、护理满意度(100.0%),显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对俯卧位低剂量CT扫描检查乳腺实施全程护理干预,可显著提高CT检查质量,减少伪影,缩短扫描时间,降低射线辐射,同时显著提高受检者合作度与护理满意度,值得在实际工作中进一步推广。
Objective To explore the prone position in low dose CT breast nursing intervention methods,and to improve the quality of CT examination and reduce the ray radiation hazard to client.Methods One hundred cases of the examination of the mammary gland of female subjects were selected from August 2013 to December 2015 in author's hospital,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,and the control group was given a general inspection guide by surgeon,while the observation group received the whole nursing intervention by the nurse,then CT image quality,scanning time,repeat scan times,client cooperation degree,patients' satisfaction on nursing were analyzed.Results In the observation group,the artifacts of the number of cases was 3,scanning layer(14.91±2.55 layer)and aytifact area(103.78±3.46)mm^2,they were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistical significance(P〈0.05).The scanning time(151±43 s),client cooperation degree(100.0%),patients' satisfaction on nursing(100.0%)of the observation group were better than that of the control group,the differences had statistical significance(P〈0.05).Conclusions The prone position low dose CT scanning mammary gland to implement the whole nursing intervention,can significantly improve the quality of CT examination,reduce artifacts,shorten the scan time,reduce radiation.At the same time,it can significantly improve client degree of satisfaction with nursing cooperation,and is worthy of further promotion in clinic.
