摘要
本文总结老年患者CT检查2368例,分析了老年患者在CT检查中的生理、心理、药物反应特点并提出了相应的护理对策,以保证CT图像质量,旨在提高CT检查对老年疾病诊断的准确率。
2368 spiral CT scans in old patients were reviewed. The physiological, psychological and contrast medium reaction characteristics of old patients during spiral CT scans were analysed and the special nursing counter-measure was provided. The purpose of this study is to ensure CT image quality and the diagnostic accuracy of the direases in old ra-tients.
