摘要
从政府政策、规划建设、居住条件和居民满意度四个维度构建模型;以沈阳市丽水新城小区为例,实证分析沈阳市公租房居民满意度现状和影响因素;针对公租房准入制度和分配方式、公租房所在位置和建筑质量、公租房户型设计和物业服务等关键因素,提出提升居民入住满意度的建议。
The paper builds the satisfaction model of public rental housing from the dimensions of government policy,planning and construction,living conditions,and residents＇ satisfaction. Taking Lishui new town district in Shenyang as an example,empirically studies the status and inf luencing factors of residents＇ satisfaction of public rental housing. Finally,provides suggestions to promote residents＇ satisfaction of public rental housing with key factors naming access system and distribution mode,location and construction quality,layout design and property services of public rental housing.
