摘要
高职院校绩效工资改革基本都进入实质性阶段,此项改革涉及到教职工的切身利益和学校的长远发展。有些高职院校在改革过程中存在分配缺乏公平性、绩效工资缺乏激励性等问题,严重影响了高职院校师资队伍建设。为此,结合工作实际,从设置科学合理的工作岗位、发挥绩效工资的积极作用、制订完整实用的绩效工资方案等方面进行了论述,以期对完善绩效工资改革具有重要的参考价值。
The performance salary reform in vocational colleges has enter into a substantial stage,which may affect the vital interests of individuals and college development.However,working performance salary is difficult to take real effect owing to some restrictive factors such as unfair distribution and lack of incentive mechanism.Surely,those factors will produce a strong impact on construction of faculty team.The paper introduces some advice on refining the performance salary reform based on the author's experience.
