摘要
为解决某大型齿轮传动系统扭矩测量的技术难题,针对该传动系统低速大扭矩运转和狭窄外部空间的特点,提出一种在传动主轴内嵌入扭矩动态测量装置,利用光电编码器将传动轴所承受的扭矩大小转化为扭转角度变化进行测量的方法.对模拟信号经由DSP系统处理,再通过无线传输技术,将测量的扭矩传输到上位机,实现在线对传动轴的扭矩大小的连续动态监控.
In order to solve the technical problems of a large gear transmission torque measurement, considering its characteristics of low speed, great torque, narrow operation and outer space, a measurement method is proposed to embed dynamic torque measurement device into the drive spindle and transform the torque to the torsion angle by optical encoder. After the analog signal processed by the DSP system, the torque value is transferred to remote PC by wireless transmission technology to realize continuous and dynamic monitoring for the torque of the drive shaft.
