摘要
光电轴角编码器是以高精度计量圆光栅作为基本检测元件的数字光电测角仪,具有极高的分辨力,其最高测角精度可控制在0.01″以内。本文在介绍编码器基本结构、原理的基础上,详细阐述了近几年国内外新型光电轴角编码器的发展与应用。通过对各类编码器内部光学结构及其测角机理的比较分析,阐明了它们各自的技术特点及其适用场合,并就进一步提高编码器综合性能的相关技术及其未来发展趋势作出扼要分析与评价。
photoelectric rotary encoder, as modem digital photosensor, is widely used in fine angle displacement, measuring due to its high performance, which highest precision can be controlled in 0. 01″ of one circle . In this paper, several new types of photoelectric rotary encoders appearing in most recent years are introduced, and their respective internal optical structures, technical principles and particular advantages are expounded as well as the mainly relevant technology relating to improving the encoders' synthetic performance.
