摘要
目的:对玻璃纤维桩与铸造金属桩烤瓷牙修复残根残冠的效果实行比较分析。方法:将我院2014年9月至2015年9月收治的90例残根残冠患者进行观察对比,患者随机分成各为45例的研究组和对照组,分别采用玻璃纤维桩修复与铸造金属桩烤瓷牙修复,并对比两组的应用疗效。结果:研究组获得的治疗总有效率为88.89%,与对照组的71.11%相比效果更佳,且差异P<0.05。结论:玻璃纤维桩与铸造金属桩烤瓷牙修复残根残冠的临床效果相比较下,前者所获得的临床效果更佳,更能有效改善患者的口腔功能,值得推广。
Objective： to glass fiber post and casting metal post porcelain teeth repair shall carry out the comparative analysis of the effect of residual root and crown.Methods： from September 2014 to September 2015 treated 90 cases of patients with residual root and crown to observe contrast,patients were randomly divided into research group and the control group of 45 cases of each,respectively,using glass fiber post repair and casting metal post porcelain teeth restoration,and compare the curative effect of the application of the two groups.The team get the results of the treatment the total effective rate was 88.89% and 71.11% in the control group compared with better effect,and the differences P0.05.Conclusion： glass fiber post and casting metal post porcelain teeth to repair residual root and crown,in comparison with the clinical effect of the former obtained better clinical effect,can effectively improve the function of patients with oral more,is worth promoting.
