摘要
温升仪如果个别温度传感器需要更换,由于生产批次不同,新旧传感器的温度示值误差曲线有较明显的区别,令仪器的示值误差难以修正,为了个别温度传感器而整批更换,显然比较浪费。本文利用一元线性回归法,将不同温度传感器的示值误差曲线拟合成一元线性回归方程,利用修正方程对传感器示值进行修正,满足相关标准对温度示值误差的要求。
If individual temperature sensor of the temperature-rise tester should be replaced, the curves of the temperature error have obvious difference between the old and new sensors due to the different production batch, which makes it difficult to correct the error of indication. However, it wastes a lot to replace all the temperature sensors at the same time. In this paper, monadic linear regression is employed to fit the curves of the temperature error of different sensors as a linear regression equation, which is used to modify the indication of the sensors to meet the requirements of relevant standards.
