摘要
本文主要叙述一种计算高温测厚误差的方法—一元线性回归法,在高温实验状态下,通过对所测厚度值与常温测值的误差分析,并通过一元线性回归方法总结出其误差的一元线性回归方程,在实际测量中进行验证。
The article puts forward a calculation method of errors in thickness measurement with high temperatures - the linear regressive interpolation method, in which by comparing the thickness values in high temp with the ones in atmospheric temp, the linear regressive equation is reckoned and is vertied in common practice.
