摘要
采用文献资料法、比较分析法和数理统计等方法,对我国近36年学校体育制度进行了分析,旨在了解我国学校体育制度的特点、规律和发展趋势。研究结果显示:学校体育宏观制度涉及面广;学校体育制度的对象针对性强;学校体育宏观制度相关文件的颁布机构具有权威性。同时发现,学校体育中观制度和微观制度方面的评价监督制度显得不足;改变青少年的体质健康下降趋势的具体措施制度不足;学校体育场地设施、器材和体育教师培训是我国学校体育制度的薄弱环节;农村学校体育制度的发展比较缓慢;部分地区学校体育制度的落实情况较弱。为此提出了相应的对策和建议。
The paper analyzed the school physical education system in nearly 36 years by using literature material method,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis method in order to understand the characteristics,regularity and development trend of school physical education system in China. The results showed that the range of school sports macro system is wide. The object of school physical education system is pertinent and the agency of school sports macro system where the related documents issued is authoritative.Meanwhile,the results also showed that the supervision and evaluation systems of medium and micro systems of school physical education are insufficient. The concrete measures of changing adolescents' physical health decline system are not available. The school sports facilities,equipments and teacher training are the weak link of school physical education system in China. The development of rural school sports system is slow and the implementation of parts of the school sports system is weak. Therefore,the corresponding countermeasures and advice are offered.
